Shipping And Returns

AUSTRALIA

Able2online ships Via Australia Post service. Free Express Delivery within Australia for orders over $100. You will be provided a tracking number when the order has been dispatched so you can monitor your delivery through The Australia Post website.

All other orders under $100 get Standard delivery of $10 Flat Rate VIA Australia Post.

Express - approval to leave* — $10 Recommended only if there is clear access your property and there is somewhere suitable to leave a package out of weather. By selecting this option, the receiver takes responsibility for any loss or damage to the package once it has been delivered.

 

INTERNATIONAL

New Zealand — flat rate of $20AUD per order, with tracking.
International Standard Shipping - Flat rate of $25AUD for orders under 1kg. Orders over 1kg will incur additional charges post purchase. Costs are calculated post purchase and using Australia Post pricing, customers can contact us dee@able2online.com to get a quote. All international orders sent via Australia Post and tracking numbers will be provided.

*Delivery times will vary depending on customer's geographical location. Local import duties or taxes vary by country and are out of our control. As the recipient, you are liable for these charges based on the country you are shipping to. If unsure, please check with your local customs authority in regard to any fees or regulations relating to import of our products.

 

TRACKING

All orders are processed within one business day. If an order is placed on a weekend or public holiday your order will be processed the next business day. Once your purchase has been shipped you will receive a notification via e-mail with tracking information for your parcel. Please note, tracking information may not be available until after 6pm on day of shipment. Orders can be tracked via Australia Post. Delivery times are Monday - Friday during business hours. Please allow 2-10 business days for delivery. 

 

RETURNS

Able2online will gladly accept returns if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase or the item arrives damaged or faulty. Please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order at dee@able2online.com and we will be happy to help you. For any urgent issues with shipping or returns please call +61 412 181 094 However, please note the following Return Exclusions & Requirements.

Able2online offers returns for change of mind on all orders, however the following exclusions and requirements apply:
All items should be returned with their original packaging and other accessories (dust bag, jewellery box etc) received with the original order.

*EXCLUSIONS (only eligible for return if faulty or damaged)

  • Pierced Jewellery
  • Bedding / Linen
  • Accessories (such as books, candles, notebooks )
  • Sale items, items purchased on sale or
  • using a discount code (including any sale promotional code, birthday code or flash sale code)

Return Costs

Australian customers. Extended returns, risk-free within 30 days of delivery.  Pending the above. International customers. Returns for change of mind are at the purchases cost.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to item availability. We cannot guarantee item availability but will make all reasonable attempts to secure the exchange item. The customer is responsible for shipping costs back to able2online, but will not be required to cover shipping costs of the new item.

 

TERMS

Refunds will be processed via original payment method only (unless store credit is requested) and all refunds are processed in the original currency of the order ($AUD). Any conversion loss will not be covered by the refund process. Store credit for returns/exchanges will be valid for 12 months from the date of return, and cannot be used in conjunction with other store credit. The store credit is valid for a one time use only. Please note: able2online does not refund any initial shipping charges or additional charges, including customs, duties or sales taxes (these are not included in our prices). We will not process refunds for returns that are lost or damaged.

 

FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS

For all faulty or damaged items, able2online will offer either to repair, replace or refund the item. Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or incorrect use/abuse, are not considered to be faulty or damaged.
